Cancer. HIV. Diabetes. COVID-19. With each of these diseases, an array of images and associations spring to mind. The same is not true of antibiotic resistance. Millions of people are affected by antibiotic resistance every year. Many of those people suffer lasting consequences, and nearly 1.3 million people die.

GARDP is committed to telling the stories of people affected by antibiotic resistance. These stories compel us to take action now—before it’s too late.
