Around the world, women represent just one-third of researchers. They receive less research funding than men, and are they are less likely to be promoted. They are also underrepresented in company leadership.
As an antibiotic R&D and access organization, GARDP is doing its part to create more opportunities for women scientists and leaders, who have key roles in GARDP as directors, programme leads, committee chairs and more.
